Pham Fashion House apparel production partner
Our Role

We make Vietnam apparel production clearer, more reliable, and built for scale.

What this means for your brand

Not a sourcing directory

We help evaluate the right production path for your program, not simply hand over a factory list.

Built for commercial production

We are best suited for established brands, uniform programs, and institutional buyers preparing for repeatable production at meaningful volume.

Support from development to shipment

We coordinate factory fit, materials, sampling, production oversight, export documentation, and logistics across the full program.

Our Story

Built between New York and Vietnam.

Pham Fashion House was created to give global apparel brands a stronger bridge into Vietnam's manufacturing ecosystem. Our team combines Western-facing communication and commercial understanding with direct production relationships in Vietnam.

We help brands navigate the parts of offshore production that are often difficult to manage from abroad: factory fit, material sourcing, sampling, technical requirements, production oversight, export coordination, and logistics planning.

Our focus is quality, consistency, responsible manufacturing, and long-term production readiness. For brands preparing to scale, that combination matters as much as price.

Leadership
Dr. Ngoc Cindy Pham, Co-Founder and CEO of Pham Fashion House
Dr. Ngoc Cindy Pham
Co-Founder and CEO

Dr. Ngoc Cindy Pham co-founded Pham Fashion House to build a production bridge between serious international buyers and Vietnam's garment manufacturing industry. With roots in Vietnam and a career spanning business, academia, and cross-cultural markets, she brings a perspective to this work that is genuinely difficult to replicate: a deep understanding of both sides of the supply chain relationship and what it takes to make production partnerships work across cultures, languages, and expectations.

Dr. Pham holds an MBA and PhD and is a college professor in New York City. Her academic focus on cross-cultural marketing, consumer behavior, and international business informs how she thinks about buyer relationships, factory communication, and the role Vietnam plays in a serious global sourcing strategy. Her work has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal and NBC News.

At Pham Fashion House, Dr. Pham leads business development and client relationships, working directly with brands, uniform programs, and institutional buyers to connect production capability with commercial goals. Her connection to Vietnam's manufacturing community and her academic grounding in international markets gives clients a partner who understands the production relationship from both ends.

How We Work

The principles behind every production program.

These are not service checkboxes. They are the standards we hold ourselves to on every program we support, regardless of category, volume, or market.

Quality First

Consistent execution, clear inspection standards, and honest issue resolution are built into every program we manage. Quality is not a final check. It is the whole process.

Responsible Production

We work with factory partners who operate responsibly. Fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and compliant sourcing are not optional standards. They are the baseline.

Right Factory, Right Program

Not every factory is right for every garment. We match production requirements to the right Vietnam partner based on category, construction, volume, and long-term fit.

Clear from Start to Finish

From factory selection and sampling through export documentation and delivery, we keep communication structured and accountability clear. Buyers should never wonder where their program stands.
