Common production questions.
A few answers to help determine whether Pham Fashion House is the right manufacturing partner for your apparel program.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with established brands, private label companies, and organizations building uniform or apparel programs. We are best suited for clients preparing for commercial production at meaningful volume with repeat production requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 units per style. In select cases, we may be able to support production starting around 1,000 units, depending on fabric, construction, color requirements, factory availability, and commercial fit.
Do I need a tech pack?
A tech pack is strongly preferred and usually needed for accurate pricing, sampling, and production planning. If you do not have a complete tech pack, reference samples, measurements, fabric targets, and clear product requirements can help us evaluate next steps.
Do you support sample development?
Yes. For qualified production projects, we support sample development as part of the order process. Sampling is most efficient when the client has clear product requirements, tech packs, reference garments, or defined construction details.
Can you source fabrics and trims?
Yes. We can help source fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, and specialty materials depending on the garment type and production requirements.
Can I visit factories in Vietnam?
Yes. For qualified clients and active production opportunities, we can help coordinate factory visits in Vietnam and support the planning needed to make those visits productive.
Do you only work with U.S. brands?
No. We are headquartered in New York City and work with brands globally, including clients in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
How do tariffs and trade policy affect production in Vietnam?
Tariff and trade conditions can change over time. We help clients think through Vietnam sourcing in the context of logistics, documentation, and market conditions, while coordinating with customs and logistics partners as needed.
